Just bought my second one of these as the other is caked with stuff that could not be removed. Used it on Christmas day with roasting rack. Needless to say stuff is baked on and cannot be removed without damaging teflon coating. Maybe stainless version would be better. BBQ stores service good as always but this grill plate is a big flaw in the cobb kit. It is a shame it is needed for the cobb to work as it really isnt very good.
