ProQ Pizza Stone Set for Frontier
Turn your ProQ Smoker into a pizza oven with this new pizza stone accessory for the ProQ smoker range, introducing yet another cooking technique to this already versatile outdoor cooker. The high quality ceramic stone is 38cm in diameter and 12cm in height with a slightly bevilled edge. It's supplied with a 40cm diameter chrome plated frame with dual handles which fits perfectly onto the stacker brackets of the ProQ Frontier or can be placed on top of a grill rack in the Excel. The stone should be used with either a single stacker configuration or directly on the base (in kettle bbq configuration). Set your smoker up without the water pan to achieve temperatures of between 300 and 350 degrees centigrade. Create a good fire base of red hot coals, leave the vents open to help the fire draw to its full potential and then cook with the lid on. A pizza will take around 10 to 15 minutes to cook at this temperature.
