Promotion Terms & Conditions
How it works in 3 steps:
- Sign up to our newsletter
- Shop BBQs from our Barbeques category and spend $350.00 or more.
- Enter "freegift" code at Step 3 of checkout via “+ Add discount” to claim your Free Pack.
1. The Promotion
The BBQ Store Pty Ltd (ABN 62 147 926 305) (“we”, “us”, “The BBQ Store”) is offering eligible customers one (1) complimentary Man Law BBQ & Grilling Essentials – Ultimate Starter Pack 3 (SKU: WCM3-BUN, RRP $128.00 AUD) (“Free Pack”) when they sign up to our newsletter and make a qualifying BBQ purchase of $350.00 or more during the Promotion Period.
The Free Pack is an 11-piece Man Law Grillmaster Kit comprising:
- 1× Serrated spatula with built-in bottle opener
- 1× Extra-long tongs
- 1× Solid fork
- 4× Glow-in-the-dark potato gauges
- 4× Stainless steel steak knives
2. Eligibility
To be eligible, you must:
- Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or older;
- Subscribe to The BBQ Store email newsletter to receive your unique Rewards Code (see Section 3);
- Spend a minimum of $350.00 AUD (after any other discounts, but before shipping) on eligible BBQ products in a single transaction at thebbqstore.com.au (see Section 4); and
- Apply your unique Rewards Code [freegift] at Step 3 of checkout during the Promotion Period.
Employees of The BBQ Store Pty Ltd, their immediate family members, and associated agencies are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Claim — Step-by-Step

Sign Up to Our Newsletter & Receive Your Rewards Code Visit thebbqstore.com.au and subscribe to The BBQ Store email newsletter using the sign-up form. Once your subscription is confirmed, use [freegift] during checkout. The Rewards Code is tied to the email address used at sign-up and is valid for one use only — keep it safe. |

Shop Eligible BBQ Products ($350 Minimum Spend) Browse the Barbeques category and add eligible product(s) to your cart. Your cart total must reach a minimum of $350.00 AUD from eligible BBQ products only (see Section 4). Products from other categories — such as Smokers, Accessories, Spare Parts, or Heating — do not count toward the $350.00 minimum. |

Enter Your Rewards Code at Checkout During checkout, proceed to Step 3. Click “+ Add discount” and enter your unique Rewards Code [freegift] exactly as provided. The Free Pack will be added to your order at a -$128.00 discount. Important: The Rewards Code must be entered at Step 3 of checkout via “+ Add discount” before completing your order. Codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed. The BBQ Store accepts no responsibility for failure to apply the code before checkout is completed. |
4. Eligible Products & Minimum Spend
The $350.00 minimum qualifying spend applies exclusively to products listed under the Barbeques category, including the following subcategories:
- Built-In BBQs
- Trolley BBQs
- Portable BBQs
- 2 Burner BBQs
- 3 Burner BBQs
- 4 Burner BBQs
- 5 & 6 Burner BBQs
- Charcoal BBQs
- Gas BBQs
- Electric BBQs
- Side Burner (Wok)
- BBQ Bundles
Products from any other category (including but not limited to Smokers, Rotisseries, Accessories, Spare Parts, Alfresco Outdoors, and Heating) are not eligible and will not count toward the $350.00 minimum spend.
The $350.00 threshold is calculated on the subtotal of eligible BBQ products after any other applicable discounts or sale prices, but before shipping costs. In mixed carts, only the eligible BBQ product subtotal is counted.
5. Promotion Period
This promotion runs from 20th April 2026 until stock of the Free Pack is exhausted. Rewards Codes must be applied and orders fully completed before the promotion closes. The BBQ Store reserves the right to extend or shorten the Promotion Period without notice.
6. Rewards Code Conditions
- Each Rewards Code is unique, non-transferable, and valid for one (1) use only.
- Rewards Codes cannot be shared, sold, or applied to another person’s order.
- Each email address may only generate one (1) Rewards Code. Subscribers who use multiple email addresses to obtain additional codes will be disqualified.
- Rewards Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any alternative product.
- Rewards Codes expire at the end of the Promotion Period and will not be accepted after that date.
- The BBQ Store reserves the right to deactivate any Rewards Code it reasonably believes has been obtained or used fraudulently.
7. Newsletter Subscription
By subscribing to The BBQ Store email newsletter to obtain your Rewards Code, you consent to receiving marketing emails from The BBQ Store Pty Ltd, including exclusive deals, product updates, and BBQ tips and recipes.
You may unsubscribe at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link in any newsletter email. Unsubscribing after a valid Rewards Code has been applied to a completed order does not affect your entitlement to the Free Pack already claimed. However, the Rewards Code must be valid at the time the order is processed.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with The BBQ Store’s Privacy Policy, and in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
8. Stock & Availability
The Free Pack is available while stocks last. The BBQ Store makes no guarantee of availability for the full duration of the Promotion Period. If stock is exhausted, the promotion will automatically close and no further Rewards Codes will be honoured. Customers who have applied a valid code to a confirmed order before stock is exhausted will still receive their Free Pack.
9. One Per Customer
Only one (1) Free Pack per customer, per household, and per email address is permitted during the Promotion Period. The BBQ Store reserves the right to cancel orders it reasonably believes are attempting to claim multiple Free Packs or circumvent this rule.
10. Delivery
The Free Pack will be dispatched with your qualifying purchase order in accordance with The BBQ Store’s standard Delivery Policy. No additional shipping charges apply to the Free Pack when shipped with a qualifying order. The Free Pack cannot be dispatched separately or independently of a qualifying order.
11. Returns & Warranty
The Free Pack is subject to The BBQ Store’s Returns Policy and any applicable manufacturer warranty. As the Free Pack has been provided at no charge, any refund value attributable to it is $0.00. Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) are not affected.
12. The BBQ Store’s Rights
The BBQ Store reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control, including supply issues, technical errors, fraud, or regulatory requirements;
- Disqualify any participant who acts dishonestly, unethically, or contrary to these Terms & Conditions; and
- Verify the eligibility of any claimant and the validity of any Rewards Code before dispatching the Free Pack.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The BBQ Store is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense (whether direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from participation in this promotion, including technical errors in the newsletter sign-up or checkout process, failure to apply the Rewards Code before completing checkout, delays in delivery, or stock unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from this promotion are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
