Care Instructions

Once your pizza oven has cooled, or prior to cooking, use the Everdure pizza oven brush (EPBRUSH) to sweep away residue from the pizza stone, burner, and inner chamber left behind from previous use. When not in use, shield your oven with the Everdure pizza oven cover (EPCOVER) to keep it free from dust and debris.
